This form allows you to select UP TO 3 departments. If you genuinely have valid experience in roles across MORE THAN 3 departments, and wish to actively pursue jobs in all departments, please contact a Film Bay of Plenty Representative.

Before you fill in the form below, we would like to provide clarity on EXPECTED EXPERIENCE for a HEAD OF DEPARTMENT (HOD). HODs run departments of 2 or more people (not including themselves) for their specific department. For our purposes, please only tick HOD if you have HOD experience in Feature Films, TV Series or substantially sized Television Commercials.

These must illustrate your craft pursuant to the roles and media experience you have selected. You may submit up to three images. Images must be either JPG or PNG file type (HEIC is not supported). We recommend image size to be no larger than 1200 x 900 pixels.
