Hideaway of Rotorua offers 42 rooms at 436 Ngongotaha Road, set across approximately 14,000 square metres of gardens, lawns and open space.

Our accommodation includes newly built Deluxe studios and family rooms, alongside Classic studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments. Each unit has its own entrance, private bathroom and kitchen. Selected room types offer a choice of king or single beds, making it easier to arrange rooms for people travelling alone or sharing.

Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, an on-site laundry and free parking outside or close to their rooms. Parking for vans, trailers and larger vehicles can be discussed in advance, so we can check the space needed. Our Deluxe rooms also have air conditioning, Smart TVs and private outdoor areas.

The grounds include barbecue and picnic areas, a playground, and resident alpacas and sheep. There is space to sit outside and unwind after a day on location.

We welcome accommodation enquiries from film and television productions working in Rotorua and the surrounding area, whether for a few cast or crew members or a larger group. Short visits and longer stays can be discussed, subject to availability.
